What is the best way to get started? We are offering an introductory marketing consulting package for only $249 through June 30, 2013. The "Quick Draw Marketing Assessment" package includes:
- A 60 - 90 minute review and analysis of your key marketing components (you determine the components to be reviewed, or I can assist you in the selection). Examples include your website, print or online advertisements, signage, packaging, brochures, print or email newsletters and Facebook pages.
- A 30 - 60 minute telephone consultation during which I will provide an overall assessment of your key marketing components, and advice regarding how to enhance the effectiveness of those components.
- A written report detailing my assessment of your marketing materials is also available for an additional fee of $50 ($299 total).
Once we review your current marketing vehicles, we can work with you to optimize your marketing strategy going forward:
- When and where to advertise
- Appropriate retail and/or wholesale shows for your business
- How to use social media such as Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ and Twitter to promote your business
- Licensing strategy and contract negotiation
- Event planning and coordination, including fashion shows and trunk shows
We can also be your "one stop shop" for the design and development of any new marketing materials that you may need, including:
- Design of print materials, including business cards, postcards, brochures, and print ads
- Design of online advertising vehicles such as banner ads and e-newsletters
- Design and development of new websites or redesigns of existing websites

About Christin Miller
For as long as she can remember, Christin Miller has loved the spirit and romance of the West. As a child growing up in Los Angeles, she relished the time her family spent in the open spaces of Utah and Wyoming. Every summer they packed up and headed out to open blue skies and gorgeous Rocky Mountains, millions of stars in the nighttime sky, and a natural retreat from the buzz of a big city. Each season brought warm weather and the opportunity for new horseback journeys over rough country trails. She fell in love with the adventurous spirit and determination epitomized by the West, and has carried that passion with her throughout her life.
Christin used that same philosophy of determination to blaze a professional path in Los Angeles, where she rose through the ranks of corporate America, achieving success at the Walt Disney Company, and then as Vice President of Domestic Licensing at Paramount Pictures. Still, her heart kept pulling her to explore more adventurous and creative pursuits. She ventured away from her full-time position, and created CM Perspectives, a licensing, marketing and brand development consultancy dedicated to cultivating new markets for her clients. Although she continued to consult with Paramount as a strategic marketing partner, she worked diligently to build her business, developing and managing licensing programs for a variety of property owners and manufacturers.
Christin launched and managed licensing programs for several talented artists and designers, including Anna Griffin, Elizabeth Tipton, and Liz King. She also provided creative guidance to her art/design clients, growing their businesses by licensing their designs to a wider spectrum of manufacturers. In addition, she collaborated with manufacturers and specialty retailers, providing them with the creative branding and marketing expertise that is necessary to attract customers in an increasingly saturated marketplace.
An accomplished, creative executive with a keen eye for salable goods, Christin now spearheads Maverick Design and Marketing, a new-media marketing venture that combines her passion for Western design with her expertise in consumer products, branding and marketing. Christin roams the markets across the U.S. to find distinctive artists and designers, products, and boutiques that will appeal to America's free spirits.
