We are moving quickly into the holiday season, and it's time to start thinking about gift ideas for family, friends, and party hosts and hostesses. Over the next few weeks I will be passing along several gift suggestions, starting with a few selections from the Pendleton website and catalog. Pendleton is well known for their beautiful wool fabrics and blankets. However, they also have a wonderful selection of men's and women's apparel, home decor items, and gifts.

Recently, I was browsing through their most recent catalog and noticed several excellent options for affordable holiday gifts. Featured below is a unique Elk Bottle Stopper ($34) made of highly detailed pewter cast from a handcarved wax mold. This would be a perfect gift for a wine lover, and would make a great stocking stuffer or hostess gift. The Tartan Napkins (4 for $28) add just the right holiday touch to your table and would also make a lovely hostess gift. Pendleton also carries dessert plates (shown in the photo with the napkins) and mugs featuring four different Tartan Plaid designs. I love the Native American inspired motif on the Lakota Goblets (4 for $48) and think they would make a beautiful addition to any dinner table. Also, they are dishwasher safe!
