Debi Mattingly of Debi Lynn Designs is a talented jewelry and accessory designer, as well as the proprietor of a well known Houston based boutique called Yaya Chique. Debi and I became fast friends last year, and we are supporting each other as we expand our businesses. I was very excited when I heard that Debi's jewelry would be featured in the Crow's Nest catalog. I love the Crow's Nest catalog and website, and I am not surprised that they have decided to feature Debi Lynn Designs jewelry. They have fabulous taste in merchandise!

Debi Lynn's creations are designed using unique vintage and rare findings that she has collected throughout her travels around the world. Her work is inspired by her rich Cajun and Muskogee Creek Native American heritage, and is a reflection of the spiritual traditions of those cultures. These three unique Debi Lynn Designs necklaces are available only through the new Fall 2011 Crow's Nest catalog and on their website. The Rugged Cross Necklace (left, $229) features Mexican turquoise, natural brass (that will patina to a beautiful teal over time) and a steel patinated cross with a hand painted teal rose. I would love to add this beautiful necklace to my collection! The Beaded Cross Choker (center, $699) is all hand beaded (off the loom) by Debi Lynn and features vintage teal bugle beads, antique teal metal crosses, brass dangles, and ancient metal beads from the Zulu tribes. The necklace is mounted on an Italian leather cording with a hook and clasp.The Sherpa Beaded Choker (right, $649) is also hand beaded, and is mounted on an antique silver pendant, with a coral silver bead, sterling silver and shell dangles, all on an Italian leather cording with a magnetic closure.
